I thank both Mialy and Tgoose for providing up-to-date information in English on the crisis in Tana and Madagascar. I know Madagascar well and I know the International press does not get the whole story and does not get many details correct. Be strong!

Ho an'i Haja : aza tezitra e ! efa teto foana izahay jereo ato fa feno articles http://globalvoicesonline.org/-/world/sub-saharan-africa/madagascar/

For Mermelada : mmm, separation of church and state is a good idea but I get the gist of your comment. Thanks for passing by.

For Tgoose thanks for your appreciation. Really hard to see Madagascar on the brink of civil war. Or is it civil war yet? Don't know anymore, but the resentments will take a whole generation probably to lift away.

I want all the malagasy to know that the key to all is unity! As long as we stand against one another, criticize one another and insult one another, there'll be no happy result. Do we want our country to break further? How about Andrianapoinirerina's dream to make us one? We are the malagasy people! The other nations envy us for our value of kinship, humbleness and love toward one another! Are we gonna let all that down for our simple disagreements over who should rule Madagascar? Well, to be honest, the only true ruler of Madagascar is God! Madagascar is a country special to God and those who try to destroy that will never succeed. Therefore, the leaders of Madagascar have to adopt to certain conditions if they want to represent God leading his country: they have to respect the people and teach the people to respect one another; they have to love and respect their political adversaries too; they need to avoid violence by all means and not act according to selfishness and pride! Well, if they can't see that themselves, them let us, the people, make them see it! We don't want our country destroyed, powerless, poor and end up under other the power of other countries. We, the malagasy people, may think that the possibility of the latter to happen is zero. Watch out! What happened in 1896 can repeat if we countinue taking sides, being disunited and fighting among ourselves. I say all this because I am a Malagasy and I want my country restored to what God intended it to be! Therefore, let us unite with love and solve this problem out: please don't let any more deaths happen again-don't kill our fellow humans and citizens, let's teach our liders how to respect our country and ourselves. Let's bring back to Madagascar the nickname the french poets gave it: "The Living Eden", "The Lost Paradise" (because Mcar is an island), "The greenworld." I am a malagasy, we are malagasy, and we demand leaders who fear God, want for the best of our country, and are ready to protect us instead of using their power to kill incocent people and convert Madagascar into a laughing matter for those who want it destroyed. I WANT MY PEACEFUL COUNTRY BACK; A COUNTRY WHERE GOD HAS THE ULTIMATE SOVEREIGN POWER!
